Many confilting feeling for me today. We will not be with either of my children or grandchildren due to everyone's working schedules. Being a mother was both a delight and a challange for me...when my children were little...and then as a single mother for a couple of years. I later met the man of my life... (marrried to him for the past nearly 43 years ) However, being a grandmother was a TRUE DELIGHT when they were all little and running around saying cute things,etc. NOW they are all grown up too..moved away after college off to new jobs and places to live. So it's "empty nest" all over again....did not like it the first time, like it even less this time. But for those os you who are with family today...CONGRATULATIONS and have a wonderful day. Hug them all for me will you.>
