Family

My Grandmother is sitting in the little rocking chair, her sister standing, and brother in my Great Grandmothers lap. Standing of course is my Great grandfather. Three months after this photo was taken my Great Grandmother died of Scarlet Fever "1914" You rarely see people smile in these old photo's but wasn't Great Grandma proud of her brood. (click picture to enlarge) My Aunt standing died after all long fulfilled life, of natural causes, my grandmother in the chair just past two years ago of natural causes, and the little brother died around 45yrs of age in a plane wreck, he was a crop duster. My grandmother was a window for years and she was the most self suffient woman of her times. A very wonderful lady.
